No. Reviews are public and written for other customers. Your Twocents is private and goes straight to the business, so they can act on it. We don't replace reviews. We're the channel in between.
Who sees my Twocents?
It goes straight to the business. Who reads it depends on how they're set up: the owner, a manager, or a few people on their team. Your Twocents is never posted publicly.
I want to give valuable feedback. What are businesses looking for?
Specifics, and things that are in their control. What happened, when, and what would have made it better. Praise counts too: name the person or the dish that made your visit. The more a business can act on it, the better, and if they flag yours as really helpful, you earn bonus points.
Can I stay anonymous even if I make an account?
Yes. Your account is how you earn points, get replies and receive the occasional offer from a business. Each time you leave feedback, you choose whether the business sees your name. Stay anonymous and you can still have a private back-and-forth with them.
Do I need the app?
No. You can always give feedback on the web. The app just makes it quicker on the go.
